🔁 Return & Replacement Policy – KGM Study

We provide a replacement in case the product received is damaged or incorrect. We do not offer returns or refunds.

📦 Physical Books & Printed Notes

  • Replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original condition & packaging

  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without video, no claim will be accepted)

  • Replacement is applicable only if:

    • Product is damaged, or

    • Wrong product is delivered
